Our Services

Our pages describe our services in general terms and are not a binding offer. Every engagement starts with a quote and a written engagement letter, which sets the scope, fee and responsibilities and governs the work. Government and registration fees are separate from our professional fee.

Our cost calculator and other tools give estimates from the official schedules we have checked. The government office in charge applies the schedule in force on the filing date, so the final amount may differ. Our services are listed on our homepage and services page.

No Professional Advice or Client Relationship

Using this website, reading a guide, using a tool, sending a form or booking a free consultation does not create a chartered-accountant-client or advisory relationship. A client relationship starts only when you accept our written engagement letter.

Guidance on this website is general, and audit information is factual and pull-model under ICAN's rules, as our Disclaimer explains.

Fees, Quotes and Payments

We quote our professional fee for each engagement after a free consultation and before any work starts. Where no fee is shown, such as for statutory audit, the fee is quote-based and depends on the scope, size and time the work needs.

Government and registration fees are paid to the government office, separately from our fee. Payment terms, methods and receipts are set in the engagement letter.

Intellectual Property

The text, guides, design, tools, logo and brand on this website belong to Business Registration Nepal and are protected under the Copyright Act 2059 of Nepal. You may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission, apart from sharing a link or quoting a short passage with credit.

Acts, notices and forms of the Government of Nepal belong to the offices that issue them.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute about this website or these terms falls under the jurisdiction of the Kathmandu District Court, Nepal.

Electronic records and messages between us are recognised under the Electronic Transactions Act 2063.
